Cosy beachfront apartment with ocean views, located in the Benal Beach complex next to La Paloma Park, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and Bil Bil Castle. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a double sofa bed in the living room, a single bed, a built-in closet, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, Wi-Fi (private connection inside the apartment), air conditioning (heating and cooling), and a terrace.

The Space
This fantastic apartment is located right on the beachfront in the Benal Beach complex, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and Bil Bil Castle.

BEDROOM
It features a spacious bedroom with a double bed (135x200 cm), a built-in closet, outlets near the bed, and a small balcony overlooking the gardens.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine. You’ll also find a shower mat, towels, and a laundry basket.

LIVING ROOM
In the living room, you’ll find a double sofa bed (140x200 cm) and an extra bed, a TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door leading out to the balcony or terrace. The entire apartment has Wi-Fi (private connection within the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace, you’ll find a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the garden, the sun, and the spectacular sunsets.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a microwave, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. Guests also have access to a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer.

ENTRANCE HALL
Upon arrival, you’ll see the entrance hall, which has a built-in closet where cleaning supplies are available for your use.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and city centre Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and near attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, the Sealife Centre, the cable car, and Bill Bill Castle.

Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk away.
