es bastante inusual que la entrada sea no antes de las 16,30. Llegamos a las 13.30 y se nos recalcó la hora de entrada con contundencia. se invitó a guardar el equipaje en consigna. Tenemos unos 70 años. No hubo el más mínimo gesto de ayuda a la colocación, de pie, inmóvil mientras hacíamos esfuerzos para colocar el equipaje. Al volver a las 17.30 se nos dio la habitación que nos dicen acaban de terminar. Hay explicación: unos carteles dicen que por 20€ permiten un late checkout a las 14h y por 30 hasta las 17h. Es buen sistema para arañar unos euros más. Hay más. Teníamos media pensión. El segundo día se nos hizo esperar más de 40 minutos porque había un grupo grande. Se nos dijo que serían 5 a 10m. Bueno, pero que nos entretuvieran con algo. La respuesta, nada. Fueron más de 40m. Protestamos y pedimos una compensación. A la salida lo mencionamos y que lo sentían mucho, pero nada más. Una mala experiencia sobre todo de servicio por falta de profesionalidad, de respeto al cliente y de ir a ganar el último euro de forma demasiado evidente que estropea una buena inversión en infraestructura: muy buena localización, sanitarios y grifería de calidad, así como sábanas, toallas y albornoces. Buen funcionamiento de la climatización. Errores se comenten, un buen hotel debe saber cómo repararlos o compensarlos y no encogerse de hombros.

Habitaciones increibles, maravilloso!

Estancia romantica en este maravilloso hotel, nos dieron una habitacion/suite enorme con un baño espectacular, la habitacion muy limpia, super comoda, decoracion moderna y muy agradable. Tuvieron detalle de dejarnos cava en la nevera. El desayuno incluido en el precio, buffet muy completo. El hotel dispone de buenas instalaciones y en pleno centro del pueblecito de Benasque.

Aneto - mixed feelings

The hotel is very well situated in Benasque, for us a good startingpoint for hiking. All facilities required in the hotelroom, very comfortable. The breakfast was really excellent, everything you need and good quality, however the diner we had in the hotel was terribole. Vegetables that should be stir fried were fully cooked, the fish was swimming in oil. The service at the reception and the ladies cleaning the rooms was excellent. The staff in the restaurant seem to be pre occupied with the SD Huesca football team also staying in the hotel or predominantly focussed on spanish visitors (while we speak spanish as well......). Overall good stay in Hotel Aneto, the restaurant food & service need improvement.
