"First impression was of a very dirty apartment, there were mouse droppings all over the place, and a lot of dust, cobwebs and dead bugs. The fridge/freezer had to be cleaned before we could put food in it. A cleaning lady managed to clean the whole apartment subsequently. The electrics were faulty and either having a shower or using more than 2 appliances in the kitchen caused a daily power failure. "Property address not listed and was hard to get in contact as we didn’t have What’s App. Apartment was dirty and was advertised with a sofa bed and did not have one. My 6ft son was expected to sleep in a lounge that wasn’t long enough and only had 2 pillows for 3 people. Owner supplied a single mattress but only after he was told we would report to Expedia. Overall very disappointing and left a day early."

"Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. "
