"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. "The hotel has excellent sea views. There are plenty of staff, all very polite and helpful. The infinity pools were fantastic. The only issue we had was that we felt the air conditioning was too cold in the lobby, restaurants and bedroom. An adjustment was made to our room AC, but unfortunately it could not be completely turned off, so always felt cooler. Due to the large floor to ceiling windows, you cannot open the windows to allow heat in."

"Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."
