Lovely hotel in a quiet location with limited choice of local amenities in the surrounding area. Great use of the local transfer to the the beach Joecons restaurant. Food excellent with a wide choice at breakfast and also at dinner. Pity limited sunbeds at the pool. Great service from the reception manager Vincent and team who was very accommodating. Cleaning staff who cleaned our room was also accommodating when we requested little extras.

Good all round property but the system you use for payments and wifi are archaic and way behind th systems in Vietnam, which is a country far behind India in the holiday business.

Ok stay. Clean enough. Very incompetent front desk staff. No help in simple taxi and tour type requests, as well as, a lot of misunderstanding of simple needs. Very unorganized and made me wonder how they actually run such a large facility. Funny enough it’s probably the actual staff not the bosses. A little more than what you should pay but it was clean and safe enough. Breakfast ok. Lunch/dinner very mediocre.

Nice Hotel, Good for family and close to the beach

Nice hotel, The personnel’s were very good, Just to name few, Pinok, Grata at the reception, Ashok, Sanjay and Hemmant at the kitchen.. very helpful and always paying attention to the guests need. The food, AWESOME! Xmas and the New Year Party, was well organized. Thanks to Joecons staffs. On behalf of my kids, my wife and from me. We had a great time and, when we travel to Goa again in future, we will surely stay at Joecons.

We were on family vacation so we booked 1 room. 2 adults plus 2 kids. Initially we were given a room with 2 joined single beds which was uncomfortable to the kids.after 1 night we were shifted to a double bed room. Then it was ok. I wish it was done from the first day itself. Rest all was good. Would surely recommend the resort to others.

Very beautiful resort

I enjoyed my 3 day stay here. Children's room nd the pool was the best thing since I was travelling with my kids. Staff is very helpful. Resort has so much greenery that it's a pleasure to the eyes.

Well located, services can be improved

Front Office needs to be more cooperative. Wifi made available is not reliable unless one buys an extra pack. Well planned and good facilities and staff are generally very good. A BIG MINUS is the mafia of taxi operators who are nothing but extortionist. The hotel is of no assistance to guests as far as transport is concerned and rates are ridiculous. If you intend to roam around and need transport you need your own vehicle - otherwise avoid this resort. Hence only OK for those with own vehicles or those wanting to relax in-house.

Old hotel, poor service

This hotel was filled with Russian charter tourists. The place needs a serious update, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are crying for renovation. Wifi was not functioning at all. The service in the hotel was very poor. There were always a bunch of hotel staff both at the reception and in the hotel restaurant, however it seemed like nobody was really interested to help.

Tyvärr blev vi inte alls imponerade av det här hotellet! Vilket är synd, för själva byggnaden och hotellområdet i sig är väldigt fint - men det känns inte som att man har tagit så väl hand om resorten. Det ser bra ut på bilderna, men när man väl är där så märker man alla skavanker. Vi bokade två dubbelrum; ett av dem hade en hemsk avloppslukt i badrummet som kom och gick. Poolen var smutsig och det märktes verkligen inte att den "rengjordes varje kväll" som en av skyltarna påstod. Personalen i receptionen kändes som att de helst ville befinna sig någon annanstans och ibland verkade de vara allmänt förvirrade. Vi hade bett om rum bredvid varandra men hamnade i olika byggnader. Personalen i restaurangen var visserligen hjälpsamma, men maten var medioker. Det finns som tur är en väldigt bra restaurang ca 7 min promenad därifrån (Cavatina Cuchina). Bry er dock inte om att boka nåt i hotellets spa heller; de två behandlingar vi provade var inte särskilt proffsiga och min kompis bokning "försvann". Det kändes inte alls särskilt professionellt. Tyvärr kan jag inte rekommendera det här hotellet. Bra pris, men inte mycket mer.
