Welcome to our Black Butte Ranch Home with one of the best locations on the Ranch. Our 3 bedroom single story Glaze Meadow home is located in a cul-de-sac, perfect for families and only a short walk to the Glaze Meadow Recreation Complex. The setting is spectacular with potential for viewing wildlife.
Our home sleeps 6. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms (1 Queen, and 2 Twin Beds) off the hallway share the main floor bathroom (bathtub/shower combination). We have a wrap around deck with a dining table, propane bbq, and Blackstone Griddle. Additional private deck on the back of house with hot tub/spa, double chaise lounges, and outdoor seating. House has a fully stocked kitchen(just bring food/drink), flat screen smart tv in living room and primary bedroom, washer and dryer, and all linens.
*Also, please note that motorcycles are not permitted within the ranch or on any of the Black Butte properties.
Located 2 blocks from the new Glaze Meadow Recreation Complex and 'The Spa at Black Butte Ranch'(mani-pedi, facials, massage etc),year-round indoor pool, outdoor pool, toddler pool, spray ground, fitness center, wireless Internet, sports shop and seasonal bike, snow shoe and XC ski rentals. Adjacent to this facility are lighted tennis courts and a playground with boulders for climbing, playground structures, even a circuit for beginning bikers. Take a quick morning walk for coffee!

Black Butte Ranch, a gated resort community, has two championship golf course with signature views, five swimming pools, 23 tennis courts, 18 miles of bike/walking trails, canoes, cross-country skiing, catch-and-release fly fishing, guided horseback riding, volleyball court, basket ball hoops, frisbee golf, plus soccer and softball fields. The Recreation Department offers activities for all ages and will assist you with recreational activities available in Central Oregon. Hoodoo and Mt. Bachelor ski areas, numerous lakes, rivers, hiking trails, rock climbing and wilderness areas, and snowmobile parks are an easy drive. Note: The Welcome Center no longer collects the Resort Fee at registration. Your booking includes a "Property Fee", under Host Fees, that is your Resort Fee.

The Lodge Restaurant(under constuction, reopening February 2023), Robert's Pub in Big Meadow, and the Lakeside Bistro provide dining options on the ranch. There's a 'General Store' for convenience shopping located near the Welcome Center and Postal and Business Services building.


Black Butte Ranch is located eight miles from the quaint western-themed town of Sisters. Home of the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show, second Saturday in July. Explore local parks, boutiques, art galleries, small shops, bakeries, restaurants, super market, library, Sisters Movie House and brew pub with snow-capped Three Sisters looming in the distance.

Second stay!

We adore this cabin with its modern amenities, spacious decks and great kitchen. Our adult daughters and their significant others joined us and there was ample room for everyone. Comfortable beds ensure a well rested group. We used the bikes and really love the location for easy access to ranch activities. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot in Black Butte

House was wonderful, and is in a great location. Kitchen and house were well stocked. Hot tub worked great and was very clean. The pictures are very accurate, it has been well updated. Would definitely stay here again.

A fall weekend

A wonderful time. Walked all over the ranch. Did not matter if it rained or snowed, a nice cozy fireplace to warm up. We will be staying there again.

What a gem!

Great property in a beautiful part of Black Butte

Property was clean and well appointed. Hot tub was great. Black Butte is an awesome location. About 25 min to Hoodoo ski resort and about the same to the town of Sisters.

Great Stay

This house was perfect for our family! 2 couples and an infant. House was clean, well stocked and ready to go when we got there. Very close to glaze meadow and lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the crisp black butte air. We will be back!

Great house, great location

We have stayed multiple times and have enjoyed each stay. Home is well stocked with linens, fans, bikes etc. Kitchen is set up very well. The proximity to GM pool allows flexibility and is a short walk kids can manage easily. We love having a hot tub and the kids love riding bikes around the loop in front. Thanks for another great visit!

Annette and her property are awesome.

We loved this property so much, we can’t wait to book again. Annette is wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. The house is lovely and kitchen fully equipped/functional. We gave the hot tub and bikes a good workout. If you’re traveling with kids, the nearby playground was hours of fun. Can’t wait to go back!

Comfortable home with classy finish

We had a great time at this home! It was beautiful and comfortable inside, clean, stocked with everything we needed. The three bedrooms were stylish and had comfortable beds. The hot tub was perfect for cold nights. My only recommendation is to wash the extra blankets (stashed in the closet) every so often, there was a lot of dog hair on one of them.

Very enjoyable rental!

We loved this house! It is very cozy, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was very well stocked, which is important for us because we love to cook. The hot tub on the deck was so relaxing, sitting under the trees with snow all around was absolutely awesome. Our dog was very comfortable here too. We took walks around Black Butte every day and it was incredibly beautiful and peaceful with all the snow. We will definitely be back!

Friends Getaway

Our Annual Neighborhood Friends Getaway was perfect. We were nervous about the weather, but everything turned out great. The house was beautiful, cozy, and has everything you would need. We loved the large front windows to watch the 13” of snow come down. The host was great and timely with her responses when I had a couple questions. Recommend a stay here.

Perfect stay for lacrosse tournament

We had two families with lacrosse daughters participating in a tournament in Sisters. This location was amazing, just a block from the indoor pool and the pickleball courts. The home was beautifully appointed, with plenty of glasses, plates, beach towels for all. The open living space was perfect for hanging out and eating meals. Communication with Annette was fast and easy. We are already planning on staying again next year, it was just lovely! Thank you for having us!

Fantastic!

Great house! Very clean, kitchen very well stocked with tools and spices/basics. Loved the deck and the hot tub, easy walk to the Glaze Meadow pool. My kids loved the bike path access too, the big kid could explore Black Butter and the little kid could safely ride the loop in front of the house by himself. Hope to come back again!
