GM239: Private Hot Tub + Family/Dog Friendly + Central AC

GM239 owners are gradually refreshing this 90's split level into a cozy forest chalet that is perfect for families of various sizes to enjoy all seasons of adventures. Sleep comfortably (hotel quality mattresses) with central air. The outdoor hot tub has a gorgeous and private view of the forest. We welcome dogs (pet fee $50/day for up to two dogs). Please specify "pets" when entering search criteria.

High speed internet will allow you to stay connected while enjoying the Black Butte amenities (6 pools, golf, miles of walking and biking trails, stables, fitness, pickleball, parks). Just down the hill from the Glaze Meadow Golf Clubhouse, the home backs to the forest (where wildlife wander daily). The wide, covered front patio is perfect for watching little ones play in the cul-de-sac. In the Winter, the large fireplace and unlimited firewood will win your heart over. Kids & teens enjoy a newly added den (65" TV, Wii, HDMI cables for gaming). YouTubeTV streaming is provided. All new kitchen appliances.

Guests have full access to bikes & garage (no indoor car parking). The home is well supplied with everything you need for a family getaway (toys, games, puzzles, pool towels, firewood, grill, fully stocked kitchen complete with spices, plastic baggies, etc.).

Remote keypad lock provides security (individualized guest codes) and ease of access. Guests will be invited to use virtual welcome manual which will provide detailed information and FAQ. Owners are extremely responsive and happy to help with any additional questions.

Unfortunately, the home is not fully wheelchair accessible given 4-5 steps dividing most levels including the kitchen and main living area. Also, if you have young bikers, be advised that while only a short bike ride down to the pickleball courts and Glaze Meadow Pool, the home sits at the top of a couple of decent hills on the way back. While we hope to update the kitchen at some point, it is quite small and outdated compared to the rest of the home. We do provide everything you need for full-family meal storage & prep (including a second fridge/freezer in the garage).

Guests rave about the usability, cleanliness, and quality of this home. We frequently receive messages about it being the best home they've stayed at on the ranch. We'd love to welcome your group of up to 12 guests.

1. Peak Summer is typically limited to 7-night stays (Fri-Fri).
2. We include the Black Butte Ranch resort fees (14%) in the nightly rate, so there will be no surprise fees at check-in. When price comparing, make sure to ask other property owners if the resort fees are included or collected later.

Loved the property, the king beds, being able to bring our dog, the kitchen supplies and staples. Also really appreciated how welcoming and available the host was. She was terrific!Also, we all love to bike around the ranch but could not bring bikes for everyone. We LOVED having a variety of bikes in working condition!

Perfect spot in Black Butte

We had a great long weekend at Jessica’s home in Black Butte. The layout was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was super clean. The communication was fantastic throughout our whole stay.

Best Weekend and Kindest Hosts!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful Black Butte house! Jessica was so responsive and helpful during the booking process, and the house was better than we could have expected! The hot tub was luxurious and the location was perfect for us to visit Mt. Bachelor and Bend during our trip!

Amazing Family Time

My immediate family spent the weekend. My husband and I, 3 daughters and husbands and two grand kids! The home was absolutely PERFECT!!!! Very comfortable and plenty of space, and absolutely beautiful!

Wonderful Fall Stay

We had a great stay at this dog friendly home in Black Butte. So many games for the kids for both inside and outside entertainment. The hiccups we faced when checking in were quickly addressed by the owners. We can't wait to come stay at the house again and enjoy Black Butte for a bit longer!

Relaxation in the woods

Wonderful Home!!

Our party had 4 Adults, 3 young adults, 2 teenagers and one pug. We all had a great time, playing games, using the hot tub, relaxing by the fire watching movies! The home was immaculate, very welcoming and pet friendly. Kitchen is well stocked and we just loved the layout of the place. We would definitely reserve this home again in Black Butte. Property manager Jessica is amazing!

Family Friendly and Cool

Great house, dog friendly, and air conditioning during the warmest week of the summer was a blessing. Stocked really well with everything you could need … even a nice jogging stroller for the baby. Jessica was awesome to communicate with and very responsive.

70th birthday with siblings

Very comfortable home.. nice forest setting.. very clean and organized with nice fireplace to gather around. We had 6 adults and one pet.. bedrooms were very comfortable.. kitchen well stocked and the lighting was perfect. Stayed in February so wintery weather. Can’t think of any negatives!

Wonderful home & stay

The home was fantastic for our group. There were three families, with 5 children under the age of 5. The house had a great set up with comfortable rooms, large and well stocked kitchen, and shared spaces. There were plenty of toys and games to keep everyone occupied, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful details, like having scooters, stroller, bikes and carefully labeled cabinets, the stay was so enjoyable and we’d love to stay again. Incredible house!

We have visited Black Butte in many vacation rentals and this was our best one. It was VERY organized and they had thought of everything we might need for a wonderful stay. I appreciated the labels around the house for where things were supposed to go! It's a beautiful property and well appointed. Communication with the property manager was also very good. They allowed us to drop bags in the garage early so we could then go grocery shopping without our car full of our suitcases! Highly recommend this house!

It was the best!

Title of this review came from our 8yo 😊 and we all agree! Great accommodations. We had not-so-great weather and the house was a perfect retreat for our wide age range (5-67 and dog!). Clean, plenty of space, and lots of fun pockets to explore (loft, video game/toy room, and stairs down to the living room were especially popular). Jessica, our host, could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Probably the best host communication we’ve experienced! Thank you Jessica!! We are looking forward to booking again!

I would re-rent this in a heartbeat!

House is great. Extremely well stocked. Clean and comfortable. We had two families of 4 with teenagers. We had more than enough space. Host was very responsive and helpful. I was worried the location would feel too far away but it was fine. Especially for teens and adults on bikes. Once we figured out to cut through near the Glaze Meadow Golf Shop on bikes it was easy. In our family when we don't really like a place we call it "not a re-rental" This house was definitely one I WOULD re-rent in a heartbeat! Thank you to the host!

Relaxation is KEY!

We invited family to join my husband and I for our 40th anniversary. We had a very relaxing time together. We went on hikes, took the dog for walks, had wonderful dinners cooked at the house, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The kids age 5 and 7 had so much fun, along with 3 of the adults at the swimming pool. The home also offered bikes for our use but we were too busy relaxing to use them. The home has plenty of room, 4 bedrooms, one downstairs and 3 upstairs. Three bathrooms, one downstairs in the laundry room and two upstairs, one in master bath and one in the hallway upstairs. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub, it was a little cold outside.The home is cosy and stocked very well, including papertowel and toilet paper. We all had a wonderful time and hope to stay there again.

Awesome home in everyway!

Our family of aunt&uncle bringing nieces&their fams for our traditional birthday/labor day celebration and so sad we only had only a 3 day weekend to stay in this exremely well appointed and clean home as we all agreed this is far and above one of the very best of many BBR homes we have enjoyed over the years. The separate spaces for kids hang out with a TV room and toys of their own and adults to hang out with the TV sports channels of their own. This is a whole house in excellent working order to incl. multiple televisions, big and small kitchen appliances,hot tub,AC, bathroom fixtures,water pressure,comfortable beds. Many games,dvds,puzzles. The kitchen was A+ had it all for making anything from pancakes to a huge Thanksgiving dinner plus new outdoor grill with extra propane tanks at the ready. Very quiet private culdesac location close to GM pools and the backyard is open forest where we were visited by a young deer family several times daily, in past have seen wild turkey flocks and elk herd in similar BBR locales. The online Welcome Guest book will be sent prior to your arrival with all extra information (ie. whats in the house and what to bring,passwords,door codes and operation instructions, directions, check procedure, etc.

Glad we have a navigation system in our car . The house is quite a ways in the Black Butte maze. The family enjoyed are stay.
