Welcome to 15 Topflite (Extended), a gorgeous single level home located in the northern portion of Sunriver, Oregon! This spacious and infinite vacation rental is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable, and fun home on an incredible vacation.

15 Topflite (Extended) features an open floor plan with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The extension on this home is a recently built bedroom off the garage that can sleep up to four more guests. This added bedroom comes with its own mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and full bathroom. The extension is ideal for guests who like to have a little more peace and quiet. The rest of this home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with gas fireplace. This 2375 +/- square foot home has five bedrooms, and four full bathrooms so there's plenty of room for the whole house to enjoy. Off three of the bedrooms, 15 Topflite (Extended) has a private deck with a private hot tub, so the whole household can congregate and enjoy.

15 Topflite (Extended) is located in a beautiful, wooded area of Sunriver, with tall trees, abundant wildlife, and picturesque views. Unlike some areas of Sunriver, 15 Topflite (Extended) is in a relatively quiet and peaceful area, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

Many of the homes on Topflite Lane are located near the Woodlands Golf Course, which was named one of the top 10 destinations for family golf by Golf Digest in January 2016. Golf enthusiasts will love being able to access this course easily.

In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.

Big house!

Great size of house for a large family. Kitchen was a bit outdated as well as the kitchen utensils to be able to cook easily for a big family but we made it work. Was nice and quiet street and relaxing however, had we known the house sits right next to a sewage processing plant, we probably would have looked for a different spot. Several times while outside the house, we smelled raw sewage. Not fun. But again, we made the best of it! Kids had a great time and the house was comfortable to get a good nights rest after a hard day playing. Bikes were a hit and ping pong tournaments were great!
