About this property

Beautiful Home in SW Bend

  • This property is located in the Deschutes River Woods neighborhood. Easy in/out access., 15-20 minute drive to St. Charles Hospital. Would be perfect for traveling nurses or just visiting the Bend area for outdoor recreation, shopping, medical appointments, etc.
    You are minutes from Albertsonā€™s/Fred Meyer/Walmart, etc.

    No Pets! There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the house.

    You will have a door code that works on both doors. There is a smaller living room for an extra area to relax. There is another living room at the other end of the house. This property is a 2 Bedroom with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, one bedroom has the master bath. Guests have full access to the kitchen, dining area as well as the laundry area. There are also 2 outside patios with chairs and tables with a BBQ. There is a beautiful landscaped lawn for your enjoyment and plenty of room for outdoor games.

    This property is on 1 acre and is fenced and gated. Thereā€™s plenty of parking if you should have a trailer with your recreational toys. This property also has an RV space available for an extra charge.

This property is beautifully built and maintained. It is located a quarter mile from my brothers home so location was perfect. Working with Bobbi is always easy as she is very accommodating. We will stay here every time we come to Bend.

Great Bend location on acre of land

This property is beautiful. It has everything you need and more. The decor inside the house is absolutely stunning. So comfortable for a family. Two separate living room areas and plenty of outside space.. I will definitely try to reserve this house the next time I am in the Bend area.
