PET POLICY
This is a pet-friendly home, with a weight limit of 40 lbs per dog, with a pet cleaning fee of $350. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your pets on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

SMART HOME
There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control from the Nice app, available on a tablet in the home. Our Wander Concierge will support over text but if you are not comfortable using tech - it may not be an enjoyable experience.

WATER QUALITY
This home has mineral-rich water. Informational notes are posted throughout the property. The water is clean and safe for bathing and general use; however, it is not recommended for drinking.
