Spring break in Sunriver

We had a great time in this property in Sunriver. It was just the right size for all of us. The pool table was a plus.

This is a great place!

Convenient location! Paddle boarding in local lakes, and river- close to Mountain bike trails- we tried some blue trails and they were awesome! Close enough to Bend to enjoy some shopping and eating there when we wanted.

Perfect for us

The house was perfect for us. Pet friendly, spacious, good sun deck, hot tub, pool and ping pong tables. Beds were very comfortable. We shall return!

House met all expectations ! Lots to keep everyone busy. Very spacious and plenty of room for 10 of us ranging from 11-75.

Nice place

The pool table was a hit. The kitchen was fully stocked. The house is huge with lots of very comfortable places to relax. Beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful home to enjoy family time in Sunriver over the holidays

Loved the layout. Big open spaces, but potential for separation as folks wanted to do different activities. Pool table, ping pong, well appointed kitchen, and good media options we're all awesome, and made the place a winner compared to other homes we've stayed in SR. Our only issues were that the hot tub (tho well maintained and pleasant) was in an enclosed and covered room, and the appliances were super dated (tho, again they all worked well).

Multi family stay was really nice in this spacious home

The is home has lots to entertain! Plenty of room and the bedrooms were all a very good size! We had 6 kids and 4 adults and never felt like we were crowded. Multiple places for the kids to play and the loop was quiet and perfect for them to ride bikes out front. We will definitely be saving this house and coming again!

Perfect for large groups

We came end of October. 2 amazing fireplaces were great to keep everyone warm. 2 living rooms with very comfy furniture . 2 master bedrooms and large dinning table , tons of storage. Enjoyed the game table, ping png table and esp the pool table.

This was a great place. so much room for all of us. great, quiet neighborhood. the house itself was way better than we expected. everything we needed and more. we went to snowboard/ski for the week and it was perfect. the hot tub was awesome to relax in after a day of skiing. we really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotub. definitely recommend and will be back.

Roomy for the whole family

Tons of space for the 6 grandsons, ages 6-12 to play games. Pool and ping pong were a big hit, as well as the hot tub. We felt comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. It was rather expensive but we were limited on dates we could go.

August birthday trip

A great house for an extended family of 11 and 1 dog. The house is on the bike path to Ft Rock Park, so the older kids could ride there in their own. The house has 2 living rooms, so there is plenty of room to spread out. I appreciated the responsiveness of the manager.

Great spot for a big group

This was a great house to stay in with a large group. There were 11 of us and we all slept comfortably and were able to gather in the open living/dining rooms together without feeling tight on space. We especially enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables! The house was clean and the kitchen was full of all the plates, cups, and pots and pans we could ever need. The only downside was that the carpet provoked allergies for several in the group. Otherwise, it was a beautiful stay and made it easy to spend a day at the Painted Hills and explore the high desert!

Needs some updating. Old wallpaper some coming off the wall in wet bar area. House had dog hair in the carpet. The size was great and the kids loved the pool table. The kitchen was well stocked. I would stay here again. Just needs a few improvements.

Property was dated, but perfectly fine for a single family or guys trip. Good central Sunriver location, right in the middle of everything. Needs updating and bigger tv's. House had both fireplaces under construction which led to a discounted rate that I had to ask for because I wasn't informed until 8 days before we were set to make the trip that they wouldn't be completed in time, which is half of the reason for it not getting all 5 stars. Other reason aside from the dated appliances/furnishings was it was dusty.

An OK stay

The house was clean and did not have any visual surprises. I mention this because the home is very dated with wall paper, etc. however that is illustrated in the photos. However, what was not illustrated in the photos or mentioned anywhere is that the Main bedroom (Primary?) is like being in a cave. There is zero lighting in there. A few small table lamps have been put in the room but are far from sufficient. I had to leave the TV on just for the ambient glow. Even during the day it is dark in there. Also, the primary bedroom gets very warm in comparison to the rest of the house. Tried to open the window to cool it off but the window also does not open unless you basically get a crow bar out to pry it open. The house and its layout is in our top 5 favorites. We have stayed in SR for over 30 years. Lovely location and fun home design. Loved the two living rooms and two fireplaces!! Just gotta fix that master bedroom situation.

This house has good space for 12 people. The pool table and game table were nice to have.The kitchen appliances are old. The carpet needs replacing. If they upgrade some things we let them know about this house has potential of being great. The location is good.

Great getaway

The property was large enough to accommodate our group of 12 people. We had an issue with the bbq the first night of our stay and let the property managers know and had a new one within a few hours. This would be someplace we would stay again

Good for a weekend trip

Excellent property and was as advertised. The only thing that could really be improved would be updating cook top, cooking was a bit more difficult than expected, but we made it work.
