Please remove your shoes while in the unit! At check out please double check you left the pool key hanging and put front door key back in lockbox!

Please check out before 10am so our cleaning team can prep for next guests arriving same day! Take all trash and recycling out to bins in parking lot

Please run dishwasher (on short cycle) before your leave and pile any used sheets and towels etc on the bedroom floor.

This rental does not seem like a rental, in that it was well furnished, nice towels and well stocked for a small kitchen. There were sharp knives! Great location near the river and mill. Owner was professional and friendly. Great place for 2 people. We’d stay again. Thank you!

Great central Bend stay

This was a clean, comfortable, cozy condo in a beautiful and quiet community. There’s a nice balcony for coffee on cool mornings. There were many amenities, and the a/c was consistently cool during the heat wave. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect location, close to town and all Bend activities. Such a comfortable place to stay as a home-base! We had our 12 year old and appreciated the close proximity to the pool during our stay. Wonderful host who exceeded our hopes in communicating. We recommend it!

Great place to stay in Bend

We really enjoyed our two night stay here. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean and the owner was very receptive to questions. The condo area is quiet, the grounds are well attended and while we didn't get a chance to use the pool, it looks very nice. And we got to sit out on the balcony and watch wildlife walk by. It is very close to the Deschutes river and all the activities. I would go here again.

Stayed with my husband for 2 days while checking out the area we might move to. Scott's cozy condo had everything we needed, and was perfectly located for seeing Bend. The condo complex is quiet and spacious and pretty. Scott was very friendly and responsive, and checking in and out was easy.

The condo is in a building towards the back of this extensive property. Include the number 119 with the street address when using a digital map to locate the condo. There are good restaurants, and a Safeway store a short distance from the property

Glad I Found This Place

This place worked out great for my wife and I. The priorities were all met: Cleanliness; Location; Safety/security; Comfort; Communication with host. The amenities went above and beyond that. Our daughter visited with the two grandkids (6 & 8) and they loved the playground and pools that are literally a two-minute walk from the condo. The deck is great for watching the sunset and occasional wandering wildlife. The river (trail) is less than a fifteen minute walk. We didn't have to buy coffee as there was some already in the refrigerator. The AC was very quiet. There were more than the average number of TV channels to chose from and it looked like Netflix was available. The place is tastefully decorated and the furniture is high quality (bed very comfortable too). Next time we go to Bend, I'll just check the availability here first.
