The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off lights and fire.
Turn off mini-split AC / heating units.
Check BBQ propane tank is switched off.
Make sure both propane firepit propane tanks are switched off.
When you leave, exit main door. Wake up keypad by pressing one of the keys. Then press the big lock symbol. Wait and you should hear it lock. Check Game Room is also locked: same steps as above.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Neighborhood Quiet Time - 10:00pm to 7:00am. That doesn’t mean you can be loud and obnoxious during the other times! Please keep noise to a minimum.
No parking on the street + fireworks and firearms - are not prohibited in the community
Pets not permitted to run loose or unattended. Please pick up after your dogs. All dogs must be controlled with a physical leash when off the property
