Located in Bend, this condo is a dream. Beautiful views of the Deschutes River from two private balconies.

Easy access to the Deschutes River Trail. The condo sits on the second and third floors of the building, giving you stunning views of the Deschutes River as it flows through the canyon.

Guests have one covered carport parking spot and plenty of other parking spots directly across from the unit.

There is also EV charging in the resort.

We have one king bed and 2 queens, in addition to the sofa bed. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the third bedroom has a door directly into the main bathroom. The main bathroom includes brand new laundry machines for your convenience.

Each bedroom offers a unique experience:

Bedroom 1 (king size bed) has its own private balcony, a walk-in closet, a jetted bathtub and a separate shower.

Bedroom 2 (queen size bed) has it's own door to the balcony and hot tub.

Bedroom 3 (queen size bed) has it's own entrance, a microwave, minifridge and coffee pot. This is where you'll find a desk and a window seat.

Located 25 minutes from the Mt Bachelor Ski Resort and 5 minutes to the dining and shopping in the Old Mill District. Access to the River Trail from the resort property.

The resort offers a pool (seasonally) and shared hot tubs, bbq grills and a firepit.

**NOTE: there is construction in the Mt. Bachelor Village Resort that may result in noise disruptions during your stay. We don't have control over the days and times the construction occurs. Thank you for your understanding.
