Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
The property itself was very nice. However the check-in process with the management company was poor. They failed to provide us with even the most basic instructions on how to access the property until we called about two hours before our check-in time. They then provided us with the door code, but failed to mention other details such as the need to first access a lock box or where the lock box was (non-obvious location). Not sure why these details were not in the original messaging to us, but very strange.
