Just moments from Bend Golf Club and a short drive to trails, rivers, and downtown Bend, this home is the perfect launchpad for adventure—or a peaceful getaway where you can slow down and take it all in.



Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully designed and furnished to reflect the beauty and comfort of Central Oregon. The interiors blend rustic elegance with modern comfort—think warm wood tones, cozy textures, and stylish mountain-inspired décor that invites you to relax and stay a while.

Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee under the covered patio or gathered around the outdoor seating area after a day of exploring, the natural beauty surrounding you is impossible to ignore and includes a fully fenced-in back yard. For those with a competitive streak, the garage has been transformed into a fun-filled game zone with ping pong and more.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
