This townhouse was perfect for my birthday weekend in Bend. We walked a short distance to the end of the street and then descended a staircase to shop, eat and attend a concert in the Old Mill District. The accommodations were very comfortable and the hot tub was large enough for 4 and very secluded. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place

Great place, super clean, excellent location - within walking distance to Old Mill District and river trail. The ownership was super friendly and attentive - they checked in regularly to make sure all was well. Hot tub was great to relax after skiing.

Great house in a great location

Jennifer checked in multiple times to see if there was anything we needed. Checkin was a breeze. Comfortably fit 6 adults, hot tub was perfect for chilly mornings and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Walking distance to Old Mill District

Beautiful home within walking distance of the old mill district. I was a little sad that the back patio/yard didn’t have grass for our dog, but there was a pet station just a few houses down. Hot tub was the perfect way to spend the evening after all the walking/hiking we got to do.

Great stay

Unbeknownst to us, we have stayed here before! The updates were nice and definitely noticed. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and easy check-in and check out. Thanks for a great place for our girls shopping weekend.

Perfect for our boys weekend.

Came into bend for a show at the amphitheater. The house was in the perfect location for our activities. The garage was big enough to fit all our motorcycles and the house was roomy enough for everyone. We liked that we were able to grill, and chill in the hot tub as well

House was nice & cozy. Rooms were a perfect set up and living area had a good couch. Was walkable to old mill and the dog park on the river. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Overall nice house would re book again in the future

Great Space just above the Old Mill

The house was nicely updated with lots of warmth. The area was really quiet despite it's proximity to Reed Markt, a local arterial Rd with direct access to Mt Bachelor, Deschutes River and High Lakes. You can walk form the private path nearby into the Old Mill. Loved having the hot tub after a day of snowboarding and my teen girls felt safe. Staff was very attentive and kind. Overall a great stay.

Great place to stay in Bend

This is a great place to stay to attend a concert or as a home base to discover Bend. Home was comfortable. Only issue I had was that the hot tub was too hot. I would stay there again considering the convenience but would like the temperature adjusted on the tub.

House on the Hill

We stayed her many times, and we are always impressed by the cleanliness and condition of the house. Everything we could need has always been there. Nice that we can bring our dog also. Great place, can’t recommend it enough.

Perfect Old Mill District Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy and clean home. It was the perfect distance from the Old Mill and we were able to take walks around the Deschutes River and enjoy the shopping district as well. The house had all the amenities we needed and we loved the hot tub and the gas fireplace. The home was clean and the management team was responsive. We appreciated being able to bring our small dogs and the walks around the incredible neighborhood. Will absolutely stay here again!

The Perfect Bend Location!

Perfect location for concert goers and river floaters…..just steps away!!!! The townhome was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was the cherry on top and perfect to come back and soak after a day of adventuring. There was even 5 bikes in the garage!!!! Simply an AMAZING stay!!!

Amazing location

Cute little place. Great location and had all the things in the house we needed. Overall, the place is pretty worn, mismatch furniture (totally understandable in a VRBO), and scratches in inside of master bath door. Looks like a animal was probably kicked in there at some point. Even though there was wear, we would definitely stay again. Couldn’t beat the location

Tranquility on the Bluffs

The house “Tranquility on the Bluffs” was truly tranquil. I made reservations for myself and two other women which was very easy to do. The house was truly amazing. The kitchen was well equipped, and the dining area and living room were comfortable. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean from top to bottom. It was nice to have a garage to park your car in. The Old Mill area was within walking distance. I would highly recommend the house and the agency. I hope to go back.

Perfect Stay

this was a fantastic trip. The house was absolutely perfect and located in a great location! Arrived was very responsive- we had an issue with the oven and they got right back to us and had it fixed in no time. The kitchen was well supplied and everything you could need was there. My only issue was 1) the hot tub wasn't hot enough (but thats a personal preference) and 2) the master bed was a bit hard for my back. Again, that's a personal preference and not a reflection of the owners. I would absolutely pick this house again to stay at
