Your 300 ft² bunk bed room sleeps up to 6 people and features:

• Living space: two twin bunks over two queen beds, with plush bedding, eco-friendly linens included, 55-inch flat-screen television with free HBO channels, closet, desk and work area, data ports for charging all of your electronic devices, microwave, mini-refrigerator, Keurig Coffee Maker
• Bathroom: bathtub/shower combination, linens and Bend® toiletries included

This particular section offers breathtaking views of the river and is an ideal location for various activities, like walking your dog, hiking with friends, or going for a run. We’re making upgrades, including paver improvements, with guest comfort in mind. While work is ongoing, we strive to minimize disruptions and appreciate your understanding.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Overnight parking fee: $11.19 per night (includes $10.00 parking fee + $1.19 tax)
• Pet allowed: 1 Dog, $40 plus tax per night
• A damage deposit of $50/night (for any damage, items missing or additional cleaning is required)
• Housekeeping: end-of-stay
• Pool and hot tub hours: 8AM -10PM
• Coin-operated laundry machines are available in the Bighorn and Sagebrush buildings.
• Microwaves are by request. We do have them centrally located throughout each building.
• At check-in, you will receive a unit with the same specs as the images shown. However, the existing decor, view and furniture layout may differ.

Great location, big room.

The property was perfect for a family. My kids loved the pools, sauna and lawn games. Location was perfect, and the room fit 5 of us comfortably. We would stay here again.

The Riverhouse in Bend

Great accommodations! Very clean and very spacious. Room was very comfortable! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was well organized and all of my questions were answered. The amenities were above expectations! Will stay again!

Loved how spacious this room is and the scenery is stunning. Everyone is very kind and helpful. There is an abundance of things to do. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. My only complaint and it’s very minor bc it does not change my opinion on this property but our shower wouldn’t drain and so I was standing in water while showering. Other than that, I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Adorable Place

Very cool place within distance to pretty much everything. Room was even larger and spacious than expected. Nice and clean set up. Exceptional staff. Would highly recommend.

Family Business Trip

I really enjoyed the stay here. The room was cute, the scenery was beautiful, and the staff was excellent. There were a couple things I wish went more smoothly and some things communicated better. I booked on Vrbo, so it could be on them. The listing said there was a microwave and a fire pit but it was a communal microwave, one per building and according to the hotel I didn’t get a room with a fire pit, even though Vrbo said it did. I really depended on this as I have young to older kids. That was not fun and the trip became more complicated. The room was always too warm and never felt cooled down.I would stay here again but not book through Vrbo. Only through the hotel.

Pleasant stay

Driving up to the site it looked clean, well maintained and visually pleasing. It is on a very busy roadway, but our room was at the back of the site and it was quiet. The check-in process was friendly and quick. Eac room has a patio and we thought our room would have a river view but about half of the rooms actually face a parking lot. Our room was one with a parking lot view. Entering the building that our room was located in was a little bit of a let down. The carpets and interior were well maintained, but the hallway seemed narrow with dark carpets and white walls-clean but blah. The room was really nice. It seemed like it had a recent update and the bathroom looked fresh and was clean. The beds, including the bunk beds were clean and comfortable. They provided plenty of towels for our party. The outdoor pool was closed, but the indoor pool was large and the hot tub was large. The landscaping was also extensive and well maintained. In all it was a nice stay.

Lovely property and a beautiful room. Plenty of space in the room for the 4 of us to spread out. We also loved that there were plenty of outlets as we were on a road trip and need to charge multiple devices. The staff was very friendly and professional. Overall it was a great stay.
