When you enter Approach Lane #3, you will notice the open floor plan and large windows that allow all the natural light in. The living room has a wood fireplace, a large smart TV, and a DVD/VCR. Perfect for family gatherings, whether playing a game, listening to the roar of the fire, or watching your favorite show.

The living room leads right into the dining area and full kitchen. The dining room table can seat 8 comfortably. The windows are adorned with a large, cushioned window seat, perfect for that morning coffee as you enjoy the gorgeous outdoor view. Also, the main level has a small half bath.
