Accommodations:
- Bedroom 1: King bed with private ensuite bathroom (walk in shower) on second floor with private deck and TV (Roku for local channels and apps). All linens for bed and bath are provided.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with large ensuite bathroom (tub/shower) on first floor with access to main deck. All linens for bed and bath are provided.

Living Areas/Kitchen
- Fully stocked kitchen with serveware, cutlery, small appliances, range, dishwasher, microwave, and large refrigerator. Helpful items like salt & pepper, oil, and coffee are stocked at the home.
- Large open-concept living room with comfortable seating for 5 with Roku TV to be able to watch live TV and log in to your apps like Netflix or Hulu.
- Three dining areas: large kitchen island with seating for 3, dining table with seating up to 4, and outdoor dining table with seating for 6.
- Laundry: full laundry room with washer and dryer complimentary for guest use. Detergent is provided.

Outdoor
- Large deck space with a professionally cleaned and maintained hot tub that seats up to 4, multiple seating options for 6+ guests, and a BBQ (propane provided) to make evenings on the patio magical

Parking/Entry: This community is private and only accessible via guard gated entry. Guests may request a pass to use during their stay. Parking is available in front of the townhome with one private and covered spot labeled for villa #6, or among any of the open parking spots that are uncovered.

Pets: We do not allow pets at this property.

Good to Know: Guests DO NOT have access to the amenities (golf, restaurant, courts, gym, pool) at Broken Top Club unless they are a member or guest of a member. However, guests may enjoy the many beautiful walking trails along the resort and the playgrounds for little ones.
