Wonderful location!

Everything about the house was perfect. Interior was very elegant and it had the perfect location sitting right on the river. We could go out every morning and have coffee on the patio and listen to the Geese and enjoy the sound of the river.

An absolutely stunning property. A spectacular house. Easy walk to downtown. Two blocks from a great restaurant downtown. The river is steps from the back door. Couldn't have been nicer.

Beautiful home right on the Deschutes

I booked this property with my wife and several of our friends while we were in Bend for a wedding. We got a great deal on the house as we were visiting in the off-season.The management was very friendly and amendable, and the house was spacious and clean. We had a great kitchen too, with lots of equipment stocked. Would definitely book this place again, and would recommend it to others.

Magnificent property and views!

This property is amazing! The views of Mirror Pond and Drake Park were lovely. This was for a reunion of 3 sorority sisters that have been getting together for many years and this house was perfect! We felt like Princesses at 75 living in a castle. Loved walking into town everyday!

Terrific House

The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a great location. In addition,Crystal and her staff couldnt have been more helpful. You simply cannot ask for anything more in a place to stay. Next time I return to Bend I will attempt to rent this house first

Everything was great. Could use a larger/better quality tv and cable in the downstairs living room. But besides that all was great. Host responded very quickly when help was needed to get fire place fixed and tv/cable fixed. Also has an upstairs living room with good quality, large TV

We'll be back!

We've rented several homes in Bend over the years. We finally found “the one”. This home is absolutely beautiful, top quality furnishings (very comfortable beds), we'll stocked kitchen, lots of interior space, impeccably clean and perfect location. Short drive to all that Bend has to offer. But, the best part - the backyard being on the river! What a beautiful place to sit and relax.

House is beautiful, very spacious…Location is within walking distance to food trucks, a mini mart, gas station, and Bagel Shop…even with one of our guests having hip problems. Some down sides were the fireplace’s pilot light was not lit so we needed host help with that, along with all 3 tv’s having no service. Management came and fixed problems the next day. Other than that the stay was private and enjoyable. Would stay again.

Really lovely property, better than the photos. The interior was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was great, and the water view was wonderful. I would recommend some blinds throughout the home, especially in the main bedroom. It’s a bit awkward changing in a room when you don’t have the ability to close the blinds for privacy. The outside garbage and recycling was very full, but obviously that didn’t impact the quality and of the stay or the quality of the property.

Beautiful Home with Fabulous Views

Great home, spacious living room and kitchen area. House had incredible views and was pretty well stocked with kitchen supplies. Check in/out was easy and well instructed. Beds were comfortable. Location was great for walking to dinner/ daily walks around Drake Park. Things to improve upon: two ply toilet paper would be nice given the level of home/cost of the rental, many lightbulbs out in main kitchen living area and the space is naturally dark. Blinds would be ideal in bedrooms, half blinds don't really cut it. Would also have like make-up wipes or towels in bathrooms.

Riverfront on Mirror Pond

We stayed at this property for 10 days and really enjoyed the home. The location was absolutely perfect! We had a few issues when we first checked in but the rental company had someone out there within hours to resolve the issues. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall was because the master bedroom needs blinds! They only have window coverings on the bottom half of the windows and as soon as the sun comes up, you're up whether you want to be or not! The only other thing would be to have a bigger/better TV on the main floor so you can watch TV and enjoy the fire. We found ourselves going up to the upstairs bonus room to watch TV when we would have preferred to be on the main level. Would definitely rent again!

Absolutely PERFECT home and service was superior!

This house was fully deigned for people to come stay with breathtaking views and a kitchen that made cooking fun again. The house is gorgeous with all of the beautiful wood work, washer and dryer, WOLf appliances, plenty of living space for our family of four, and it sat on the most beautiful lake to admire . We walked to the restaurants, downtown Bend's shopping, and had plenty of landscape to run, walk and hike. We went to the McKenzie river and white water rafted, fished, shopped, and enjoyed the home. The beds were comfortable, as well as the huge leather couch downstairs. The neighbors and community were beyond friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to come back! I do also want to mention that the management company was very helpful and responded quickly to any inquires that came up during our stay. By far our favorite house and experience while using VRBO. Thank you very much!
