Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time at the property. Very comfortable and well stocked amenities. My college kids were home for spring break so it was a perfect place to relax, play games and reconnect with them.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. The stairs are a little steep which made us nervous with the three year olds. We saw deer a few times each day which was really neat.

Great stay and location!

We had a wonderful stay. The house needs a little updating but all the beds/rooms accommodated our group of 7 well. The location is nice because it's further out from the village so feels very remote, but also so close to everything!

Lovely cabin in Sunriver near fort rock park

We enjoyed a very nice stay to do some spring skiing at Mount bachelor. The cabin was very nice. Communication with the property management was stellar. The cabin is well equipped and comfortable. Nice location close to trails and amenities. Only small quibble is that the mattress in the primary bedroom was a bit too soft. The bbq grill was in need of a deep clean but the management company responded quickly and took care of that. We would definitely stay again

Nags Head Condo

I spent four nights at this Nags Head condo. Location is excellent. Communication with the host was excellent. A nice feature of the condo is that the top floor provides a view of the berm that blocks views from lower levels. Would stay here again.

Managers promptly handled a bat removal. Quarters were comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. Thanks for the accomodation. One thing the community could do better is to make bike trail detours more clear. It’s hard enough to learn to navigate the resort without detours.

Family getaway

I’d say this was a very standard Sunriver house. Lots of knotty pine and mountain decor. Kitchen had all the plates/bowls/etc we needed. Had salt/pepper. Lots of areas to sleep. Standard wear and tear. For the money I would have appreciated bikes and/or hot tub. Ample SHARC passes. Management very communicative and responsive when we had a maintenance issue.

Great place to stay

We had a great time in this house. We had more than enough room for the family. We saw deer in the back yard while we grilled. It was walking distance to the park, and about a mile from SHARC. The host were very communicative and helpful.

Family Vacation

This property was great for my family of 3 plus our pup. It was big enough to have a whole another family if you wanted with out feeling tight. Everything is nice and it appears that they are doing upgrades around the house to keep it that way.

Great home!

Overall loved this home! The only thing we noticed was the main coffee pot on the counter was VERY gross on the inside. Luckily they had a backup in the cupboard. We let staff know and they quickly responded that they’d let cleaning staff know. I’d stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay!

We (and our dog) stayed here for four nights in mid-January. The place was perfect for us. Very clean with everything you could need. The owner texted the first night to make sure all was ok. They supplied tons of towels, pillows, blankets and extra sheets. Kitchen was updated and had sufficient cooking equipment, a large coffee pot (even supplied filters and extra beans if you forget to pack). Huge TV in the living room with tons of channels (once we figured out which remote to use). Everything was supplied! Had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this place.

Beautiful property and location.

Just an absolutely beautiful area. The place was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Fully equipped with first class amenities and furniture throughout. Our children and Grandchildren were staying less than a mile away and after helping us unpack had fallen in love with the property. Each of the three Grandchildren had picked their own special place, and we had each of them spend one night with us. Our five year old Granddaughter even convinced my bride to sleep in the bottom bunk, while she slept in the top bunk in “her room” The accommodations even included passes to the recreation center, something that we hadn’t even counted on, but helped to create a truly magical stay. We are blessed to travel weeks a year, and this really stands out as an uncommonly wonderful and magical trip. Thank you! There just aren’t enough places left to walk into and feel as comfortably at home and completely appointed and magical as this stay offered us.

Lovely home

Just minutes from the Village, lovely location, deer every morning. Immediate response to us somehow activating the door lock alarm. It was after hours and they talked us through the reset in a matter of minutes. Quiet location. Plenty of room for the four adults and two children. It’s a three bedroom with a loft over the dining room looking down into the fully-stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. Would stay here again!

Exactly as described

I was there for a conference at the lodge. Very convenient. Chose it because it was dog friendly. Much more space than the 2 of us needed. Kind of off season and it was very quiet and peaceful. We only saw some deer. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Staff were very helpful when I had a question. We would stay there again.

Great Sun River House

Great well kept 3br loft house in Sun River. It more than fit our family of 4 needs for a long ski weekend at Mt Bachelor.We skied 4 days, used the SHARC passes one night, invited local friends over for dinner for a great weekend. The house has a modern kitchen good for cooking, with counter seating but also a large dining room, The live room has a large TV, and there's plenty of nice beds for sleeping.The garage was large and well suited for ski gear storage and prep, although it's not heated. This winter there was plenty of snow on the ground, and even with some patio furniture currently stored in the garage, you could squeeze a moderate sized car in and out of the snow.Id recommend this great house to anyone.

Beautiful house

Needs new carpet/deep cleaned quite a few old stains most likely pet related since it’s a pet friendly home. The front and back decks are in need of repair and new stain, lots of rotted boards and areas to get splinters. The universal remote was not working so we were limited on what we could watch with our kiddo. We had to use the tiny buttons on the side to log into tv apps and control everything which sucked. It’s on a nice quiet loop our daughter loved riding her scooter all around the loop. The AC worked great, the layout was perfect. Over all we had a great stay but the property is definitely in need of more upkeep/repairs for safety on the deck.

Great location, needs some updates

The location of the property is great. Overall clean when we arrived. However the carpet in the hallway was so worn down that the tack strip was showing and my kids repeatedly stepped on it. We covered it with the welcome mat. Kitchen is well stocked in random appliances but missing things like lids for the pots and pans and a spatula. I appreciated having both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Mattresses were comfortable but beds were SO LOUD. Every time you breathed the bed-frames creaked. The deck is great, but property management failed to clean it before check in so we spent an hour wiping pollen off furniture in order to use it. The pollen was so thick on the deck it made it slippery and unsafe for the kids. Our biggest issue was the internet- it was terrible. Worked okay in the kitchen but you get zero wifi signal in any of the bedrooms. This was a huge inconvenience for us. Overall the property worked fine for our visit but property management should do some repairs and updates to make it more enjoyable for future guests. We would stay here again for the location alone, but know it’s not the most maintained rental.
