This spacious, beautifully decorated condo radiates charm from the moment you arrive, greeting you with a picture-perfect porch adorned with inviting, cozy seating that practically begs you to sit back and stay awhile. As you enter the home, you'll notice the vaulted ceilings, natural light, and charming art in the great room layout. The living room, featuring a gas fireplace, wine fridge, and large TV, is adjacent to the dining area and kitchen, where you'll enjoy stainless steel appliances and all the tools you need to create a gourmet masterpiece.

The spacious en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor, featuring a large bathroom with tile countertops, a tile shower, and access to the hot tub and swimming pool from this bedroom. A second bedroom featuring two twin beds and work-station, completes this level

Head upstairs to find the second ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. When you're looking for a spot to chill after a long day of adventuring in Sunriver, check out the bonus room with a workstation, large tv, PlayStation, and sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have smart TVs for your streaming apps.

In the garage, you'll find a sauna, and out back is a great outdoor living space with a new concrete patio overlooking the swimming pool. Six adult cruiser-style bikes are also available for you to enjoy.
