Beautiful two bedroom/two bath, 1285+/- square foot condominiums, conveniently located 3/4 of a mile north of the Sunriver Village Mall on Beaver Drive and next to the NEW SHARC facility.

The Ridge at Sunriver has all the amenities you would expect from a world class resort destination. Seasonal swimming pool & tennis facilities, year-round hot tub, bikes (4), gas BBQ, recreation room equipped with ping pong, fireplace and a flat screen television. You will find a cordial and knowledgeable on-site management staff to make sure your stay is a great one.

The Ridge at Sunriver is the perfect place for family get-togethers, corporate meetings, golf and ski vacations or if you just want to get away from it all for a long, relaxing weekend.

Doesn’t live up to the billing!

Based on the pictures we were so excited to arrive to this bright and spacious condo. I’m not sure how they photographed it - brought in professional lighting and a very good wide-angle lens - or just took the pictures ten years ago, but this property was smaller, darker, and quite a bit more worn than we expected. Carpeting was very dirty, some of the blinds didn’t work, doors and drawers were poorly adjusted such that opening and closing took some real elbow grease. The floors were very creaky, as were those of the upstairs neighbors! Also, they carefully hide the fact that the main road goes by quite close to the property (deck faces the road). We did not have very friendly interactions with the management staff, though we were asking basic questions about pool passes and the like. Given the high cost of resort and cleaning fees charged, with no cleaning services provided during the stay, I do not think the guests should be responsible for hauling garbage and recycling to dumpsters, or for starting laundry and dishes, particularly when hardly any cleaning supplies are provided. The mains pros of the property were its central location to the SHARC, the village and other amenities. The adult coaster bikes were in good repair and we enjoyed using those throughout our stay.

way better than expected

I was a bit wary about renting in a condo complex, but it was great. The condo was very roomy and nicely appointed. The kitchen was well supplied and organized. Location was excellent, just north of SHARC. The included 4 bikes were all decent and only took some slight adjustment with tools from the Ridge office to get them up to snuff. I was worried about not having A/C in August but we totally lucked out and got mild weather so we didn't miss it at all. The onsite pool and hot tub were also great for a quick, mellow trip when we didn't want to deal with SHARC. I would definitely stay here again.
