    Located in the exclusive Broken Top Club Villa 5 is a convenient yet luxurious location on Bend s Westside This two-bedroom condo features two King Master Bedrooms a hot tub on the large deck and a gas fireplace Villa 5 is only minutes from shopping and dining in both Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District as well as Century Drive which is the local two-lane highway that takes you directly to Mt Bachelor Ski Resort Villa 5 is perfect for one or two couples who want a quiet yet refined getaway to Bend We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a 15 night pet pet fee Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated kenneled Please note if you choose to book with this home you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay STR guests staying in Broken Top DO NOT have privileges to use the pool pickleball ball courts workout facilities in the clubhouse dine in the club or golf
