You can be in the river in less than 3 minutes. Walk to several breweries from the house. You’ll love the location, amenities, the outdoor space, and the comfy bed.

The 7-mile paved river trail is across the street. Everything is close by. The white-water park is only a mile walk away. It's fun to watch the surfers and white-water kayakers on the waves. It's also fun to watch the hundreds of individuals float thru the rapids in the summer on float tubes. If you want to float the river, it will take you only 5 minutes to be in the river from the house.
