"The room was small and cramped. The shower was small and had a large step up to get into it and no shower curtain which made the floor wet and slippery. I was not informed that the room was upstairs which is a problem for my daughter after operation. Owner never offered to change to downstairs room. Said they were full but I question that from what I saw.
Dishes were dusty and no dishwashing liquid was provided. Only one toilet roll for two people for three days."
"The room was excellent and spacious, only thing that was missing was a shower hose, only had a shower head. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We ate at the property restaurant for dinner and breakfast twice, and was delicious all times, and presented beautifully. Parking outside the room was easy and we loved being able to go out the sliding door to the beautiful garden, pool and restaurant area. We would definitely stay again."
"Stayed at National before, great staff, rooms a quite and modern. Super clean and the owners make you feel very welcome.
Very comfortable bed and great bathroom."
"The hotel was perfect for my short trip away as a solo traveller. The room was great. It was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was very effective. The shower was a decent size and the water was nice and hot and the pressure was great. The fan in the bathroom was good.
The location was very good. Close to the station and bus stops and plenty of shops attractions and restaurants and cafes.
Would definitely stay there again "
