Great stay. The room well conserved in a hotel located in the very city center. You can't avoid the street noise, but that's the pulse of Bangalore. Good attended but accomodation personal, without any issue. Recommended.
Staff is friendly and accommodating.
My only recommendation would be to be just focus on being a professional host and avoid
inconveniencing guests due to religious festivals (such as delaying time of included breakfast)
Having said that, for people who don’t mind that aspect I would say this is a very nice place to stay in the heart of Bengaluru!
Keep up the friendly hospitality!
Very family friendly staff and amazing service at the restaurant - Every. Single. Time.
At the restaurant, we had tried the full bhojanam as well as the Onam Saadhya - attention to the tastes of specific regional dishes and the staff treating us royally - just splendid!
arrived at the property to be told we would need to vacate our room between 9-3 the following day for a function they had booked in to get ready in it…not ideal for a romantic getaway!
they organised an alternative hotel for us, in a completely different part of bengaluru as they seemed reluctant for us to stay even one night…really bad!
such ashame as we were looking forward to staying here
the only nice part about the experience was the kind lady at the desk who was forced to sort everything out whilst the ‘manager’ male just watched on at her handling a tricky situation and was no help
