I had arranged an airport transfer with the hotel directly over 2 weeks prior to my arrival, which was also confirmed by Riya at the hotel. Upon arrival at Bangalore Airport, there was no driver from the hotel. When I called the hotel, I was told they had sent the driver on the previous day for some bizarre reason. Eventually I had to take an airport taxi to the hotel. Due to the inconvenience caused by the hotel, they had upgraded my room. I only came to find that the TV was not functioning in this room which was reported immediately. In addition I was shocked to find that the toilet was not cleaned and had faeces still remaining from the previous guest. I also reported this to Riya who advised she will take it up with the hotel Manager. However, I did not hear from Riya or the hotel manager. After 5 hours and sending several technicians to get the TV working, I was only told to shift to another bedroom causing more inconvenience. Although you have the option of inroom dining, there are several items on the menu which are not even available. You will also find mosquitoes in the ground floor bar and restaurant. The staff are not attentive at all. Overall it was a horrible experience and would never stay here again, and would warn other to also stay away from this hotel. There are far better hotel options. The hotel is no more than 3 stars based on my experience. Stay at your own risk.
