Good Hotel Stay for business

My stay was great. I especially appreciated Avi Rathi for his helpfulness with all questions I had during my stay. The bed was a bit hard and the chair in my room was stained. Otherwise, everyone and everyting was great!

Overall was good

The overall experience is very good, but there are certain things in room like the bathing facilities can be improved. They does not seems to be up to Marriott standard. The price is also little expense compared to the facilities what they have there

Total stay was nice. Since we stayed for business reasons to be focused on, our potential requests were not too much interaction. Staffs like Kajal meeted our needs, and also, served nicely when having meals.

The property is on the main road making it easily accessible but not recognizable because of all the plants covering the board. However, its a old property and not maintained well. Common areas were dirty and tea bags and floor mops lying around all day and night which is not a pleasant sight and what you expect at a Marriot property. Bathroom fittings were not working well which is a basic expectation in any hotel. BF options were also limited. However the restaurant staff were really good and were looking after the guests. Ebenezer from the front desk was also very helpful. However, when we arrived the night shift guy at the reception was rude.

Days travel woes forgotten when came back to hotel

I came here for stay of 5 nights initially as it was a family trip . The service is excellent, Food is excellent and very personalized attention. Front desk very co operative. The hotel was very good for value for money. **** experience

Stay away - pathetic experience

Pathetic experience. Landed in the hotel at 2:30 am only to be moved to a different hotel. This is not the experience that someone wants after a long journey. Looks like the hotel knew about this movement atleast 10 hours before my stay but they never communicated this to me. Stay away from this hotel if you can.

All in all a decent stay, staff are helpful, premises is clean, food quality is good too. What was disappointing was our first night we were in a room which faces the pub next door. Being a weekend the loud music from the pub kept us up till 1am. Thankfully the music was great 😀 So if you are a late sleeper it shouldn’t be an issue, but otherwise be aware.

Stylish home from home in Whitefield, Bangalore

We were visiting a family member who is working in the IT industry nearby so this is why we chose this Whitefield location - there is very little for tourists in the area so it's not somewhere we would expect to do sightseeing, However, the staff were VERY helpful in advising where to go to eat, shop, and get a SIM card locally - and the hotel had it's own car and driver for hire at a very reasonable price - so helpful to and from the airport or just for local travel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it was great to have the restaurant and room service at all hours - of a very good standard and value for money. It actually became a home from home for the few days we were in Bangalore - thank you to Prity and Rohit and all their colleagues! I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Bangalore for business or visiting family/friends.
