Good transit hotel

Overall positive experience on this trip - staff were very accommodating on the late check-in requirement and handled requests in a timely manner. We did have an issue with hot water on the final day/morning, however, weren't able to get it corrected - small issue in an overall positive stay.

Hotel was ok but very hard to find, what made it worse was when you were leaving the hotel to go anywhere you could use a hotel car ( taxi) or you had a 15 minute walk to find a taxi, of course the hotel taxi were 4 times the price

Der Airport Pick- up hat hervorragend funktioniert, auch frühmorgens. Im Hotel lief alles reibungslos. Zimmer war gut. Frühstück hatte leider wenig Yoghurt. Zimmerservice etwas überbesorgt. Frühstück und Wäscherei volle Zufriedenheit.

1. The room I was arranged is not what I booked, Hotel said they will re-arrange next day, but nothing happen. 2. Water drainage is leaking, but hotel is not aware. 3. Full of smoking smell throughout corridor. 4. Restaurant waiters just chatting instead of managing buffet area. Even there is no enough dish or cups. 5. Sockets are very difficult to plug in. Very. No matter what kind of plug.

Very comfortable night sleep

Very quiet and comfortable nights sleep as it is away from busy main roads. Clean large rooms. The mezzanine and Terrace has s great bar. Where u can get food. And live band sings from 7pm to 10pm. They were quite good. Friendly waiting staff too. The lobby restaurant good too. Laundry service quick and reliable. All in all this is a good hotel. But hidden away. But if you have transport not a problem. Still very good location in Bengaluru. Will stay here again.

Good hotel for business, and no sightseeing.

Food - Awesome Indian food, very good quality and kind service. Western food is so so...Sandwich good but Pizza is not. Service - English, very kind but sometimes they forget to give me some water bottle or towels when i told them. Otherwise Not bad. Facilities - Not much expect. There're INDIA. But it's not bad, something good for us. Location - nothing to tell more. It's near CyperPark, Good or Bad is depending on your business needs. No sightseeing.

Hotel is clean and rooms are large. Nice restaurant near swimming pools but only several tables are available. Only disadvantage is noise and insulation.

Perfect place for a four star stay

The environment, ambience and the hospitality is too good. Some of the food items are costly. Also the cab facilities are bit costlier than the public cab service available. Apart from this, everything is good.
