"We had booked three rooms with a forest view and requested a week in advance that the rooms be located next to each other. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the room allocation at check-in, and one of the rooms did not receive the forest view as booked. Each time we spoke with the front desk, we received different information, and it seemed our request had not been properly noted.
The property itself is excellent, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the lack of consistency and process at the front desk during check-in was disappointing."
