Great place to stay in Bengaluru.

The hotel is amazing and I had a great stay. The room was spaceous and had a great view of the city. The gym was well-equipped and the spa was great (pretty expensive, but great). Would definately stay there again.

Outstanding Hotel

Everything about this hotel was first class. Breakfast had all you could wish for. The room was clean and large, and the bed very comfortable. The little snacks left in the room were delicious. But the standout for me was the service given by the staff. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were always happy to talk about anything. Perfect.

Best hotel in Bangalore

Fantastic stay, right from the start, handling the bags, the welcome to the hotel, everything we needed was all done for us. Every staff member was polite and highly professional and the rooms were incredible. As vegans we always worry about breakfast options, however the chefs were more than accommodating and made us special request items to ensure we made the most of our breakfast. Such wonderful service all around. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for making this trip so memorable.

The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake! Will come back if I’m ever in the city again. :-)

I have stayed at many places in bangalore, for me for the price of 22500 per night for a room, I would really like the service to be good too, it could be food or stay Pool was very cold we couldnt enjoy it, In food when I requested for ghee dosa, they said they didn't have ghee I travelled with my kids, when I requested for evening snacks and milk, they denied saying we have to order (let me clear here with my personal experience, it could be Leela palace or Radisson or marriott, food has been given, like rice milk biscuits and fries) So this is the only place I was denied with complimentary children food... Hope this review helps
