Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
This place was situated in a good location, lot of restaurants around the location. The room is so small and the moment you step in it ends there. Room service was pathetic ordered 2 coffees took 30 min to deliver. the bedsheets were so dirty, TV and cable were just for namesake there was no connection, towels were dirty. At the end of end of the day they charged for me for some bedsheet stain which was caused due to last night dinner for about 200 Rs, this was the worst stay I have encountered in the recent past. please don't visit this place if you want to have a peaceful checkout... I wish I could rate then 0.... Zero customer satisfaction. will never visit this place again.
