Awful stay at Aadams Service Apartments…STAY AWAY!

It was awful. Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! On top of this, the TV didn’t work, there were no dishes or utensils, the bathrooms and bedrooms weren’t clean, and there were no towels or toilet paper. The staff didn’t speak English or Hindi when the ad said they could, and this made things very difficult. One of the staff also used the master key to get into the apartment at 12:30AM, because he thought we left! He attributed this to a “language problem”. This is just totally unacceptable. No one should stay here and this property should NOT be offered as a “luxury rental”, as it is nothing of the sort. Overall horrible experience there and I would strongly advise against booking this property in the future.
