"On arrival at 11pm they couldnā€™t find my booking and it transpired that my room had been given to someone else. fortunately they did have another room available which was a suite. I decided rather than move rooms the following day to the one that I had booked I would pay the extra to stay. They didnā€™t charge me first night. breakfast was okay quite a few choices. Location is quite convenient for The Centro Commercial, Staff were super helpful."
