"This is a good place to stay when you plan to visit San Francisco and around it! The hotel offer parking and breakfast for free which is very convenient since the city is too expensive! This was a very good stay!"

"The place is aptly named, cozy. I went with a specific purpose for 3 days, & it was a wonderful experience. Directions were perfect as well as what to do upon arrival & departure. Unfortunately for me with communication, I'm not that great with electronics & it was my 1st time with Verbo. I was clumbsy with the process. Now that I know how it works, I think I will feel better next time about how making reservations. I didn't need the wifi much as I did no internet work. The wifi was weak the days I was there which meant no opening emails, pictures or videos, but texting worked. I could live with that. The restaurants were wonderful as well as the weather, much cooler than where I live, and the water front was so nice for a walk. The Cozy Cottage is right at the edge of the popular place to be, First Street. Great & safe location which was important to me."

"This vacation house was the best we have ever stayed at. Every morning when we walked into the kitchen, we exclaimed, "Wow!" The brightness of the house**,** and the open view of the water and its surroundings**,** were absolutely beautiful. The interior of the house itself was gorgeously designed**,** and the gourmet kitchen was beautiful as well as functional. The house was well stocked with supplies**,** down to a wide variety of seasonings. Its location was perfect for exploring the Bay Area and playing golf. You have to experience it yourself to truly appreciate the value of this vacation home. We thank Evolve and the staff who helped us enjoy our stay seamlessly.""

"We were there almost 3 weeks while our house was painted and carpet installed. Nice place. Clean and cozy. Convenient to highway 780 and Raley's shopping. Liked the bed and shower. Lots of closet space. Kitchen induction stove was confusing. Remotes for fans and ac were confusing. A set of notes/instructions would be helpful.Uphill parking was a challenge (car doors do not stay open). Front door electronic entry was frustrating at times. Final issue is privacy. Glass doors face attached house so kept curtains closed. .Also can clearly hear attached house residents chatter.I am picking on it, but overall it is a good 4 of 5."

"The owners live on the property in a separate home, and they are the most beautiful, creative human beings. They have created such a warm, welcoming, amazing space for others to enjoy. This is such a magical place, and we loved it so much! From the moment you step onto the porch, you feel like you've been transported to somewhere new and exciting. It's not just the decor, it's the energy of the space.If you're NOT a welcoming to ALL, open-minded, and down to earth person, this place is NOT FOR YOU!However, if you love life, welcome ALL without judgement, and appreciate people and places with character, this space is exactly what you're looking for. We kept discovering so many beautiful eccentric details throughout the house. There's so many layers to this home and each one will leave you a little more in awe.A week later, my friends and I are still talking about our stay. It truly was a magical experience.If you stay here, be sure to tell Bernie Nikki & Friends say hello!"

"We were staying in the area for a celebration of life and the apartment was a perfect location for us. It was three minutes to our friends house and about the same downtown, which was so nice. There’s a lovely Sunday market in Martinez and so many fun places to visit. Covered parking is a bonus."
