Great little apartment

Me and my 2 friends booked at the Lepanto 21,I was abit doubtful at first to what they would be like but we was very happy with them,they were very clean,had everything you need and best of all it was in a perfect location,2mins to all the nightlife & 10mins to the beach,the only downside was the pool area wasn't open, Just that the pool area wasn't open

The property was very central to everywhere, had everything you needed there’s an iron and hairdryer and that’s a plus for me , clean bedding and towels was left too. felt very safe with the locked gates . It was a great price Unfortunately there was no sun beds for the pool that was a shame as it’s a little sun trap.

Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment felt very safe there

It’s location Only 2 minor probs, first I had an issue with the keys, I got locked out and when I did get in I got locked in but the staff at Benidormbooking office quickly sorted it, and there was only 2 clothes hangers.

clean and basic - great for us as needed close to action for English festival and was 1 min walk fro

location only one small mirror in bathroom no full length - we a couple so could cope but as it's accommodation for 4 this would be a nightmare for 4 girls !!! no plug in bathroom sink only 2 mugs no chopping board no ironing board no bottle opener kitchen tap worked but was sunken into a damaged worktop clean and basic

Very fun and good value for money. Very secure building too and fully air-conditioned.

The location is perfect. Very spacious room and kitchen. There’s also extra pillows and bedding in the wardrobe. Shower is very powerful too and they supplied shampoo and body wash. Unless I had stayed there before, I would not have been able to find it due it not being well sign posted as it’s behind 2 sets of gates. I had to pick up the keys from the booking office and I only got the information to find these keys as I landed in Alicante. I had to ring the office to remind them to send me this information as they were kept in a coded lock box. The man was very helpful and sent me photos to show me where I could find the keys so it wasn’t a bad thing overall.

i liked the location and the ease of access. i also liked the welcome pack. And i also liked the fact there was a useable balcony the over all layout was not very good. there was no sound dampaning at all as the bed room was next to the main corridor and everyone passed by. and no sun lounger facilities for by the pool

La ubicación sobretodo

La ubicación sobretodo. Esta muy cerca de la playa y de la zona de bares. El parking estaba poco concurrido y no había problemas para aparcar. Es acogedor. Respecto a la cocina eche en falta una tabla de cortar, y aunque sea un pequeño escurridor para los platos, la bombilla de encima de la cocina no funcionaba, y la de la campana tampoco, a la hora de cocinar hay muy poca luz. El enchufe de la cabecera de la cama no funcionaba tampoco. El agua caliente dejo de funcionar un rato, y había que ducharse con agua fría, pero luego bien. El interruptor de dentro del baño tampoco funcionaba. El sofá se hunde y es bastante incómodo. En la habitación haría falta una cortina oscura ya que cada vez que alguien pasa por el pasillo (aparte de que se oye todo) se enciende la luz y en mi caso me despertaba.
