    This modern and welcoming apartment is located on the front line of Levante Beach in Benidorm, on the seafront promenade and just a few steps from Benidorm's historic centre. Being able to enjoy the surroundings of one of Europe's most visited beaches; the apartment is surrounded by a wide range of services and leisure facilities.



    The old town offers one of the most popular tapas areas in Benidorm; as well as the possibility of wandering through its beautiful streets.



    Levante Beach offers its visitors the possibility of enjoying Benidorm's wonderful climate throughout the year.

Great apartment perfectly located. Check in was easy using a QR code to access a secure box at a property office 5 minute walk away. Finding the apartment was a little difficult as it's located between two supermarkets, luckily for us we asked at the supermarkets and they guided us to the entrance. Huge and very long apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for the six of us. The view is stunning and the front windows open all the way along, great for people watching. I would say one slight niggle was the hot water situation as 6 showers ran cold by the end for the last person, but ! We shortened the shower lengths we were in there and all was good. The location is idyllic! 5 minute walk to the old town and a great beach to stroll along with plenty of bars and cafes then other way. Highly recommend this as a Benidorm stay.

Perfect seafront apartament

We loved this apartament because of the position (beach, pubs, disco, market) and the comforts (wide spaces, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditionate). We spent there a week and everything was good thanks to the very kind host. Only negative aspect maybe a bit small beds for 8 people.

The photos of the apartment were a true reflection but looks can be diecieving.

The built in microwave had a door that wouldn't close. The oven was broken and kept tripping the electrics. The 2 kettles didn't work end we had to boil the water in a saucepan. Even though they were made aware of the issues straight away we did not receive a new kettle until the last day of our stay and the other problems were not put right at all during our week stay therefore having to constantly eat out due to not being able to use the apartment facilities and ultimately making us spend more money during our week. This was after shopping in the supermarket on arrival to find we were unable to cook a meal. We were also told by telephone not to use 1 of the 2 showers due to the leaks which is not ideal when there are 7 people all needing the bathrooms.
