Thanks so much for your comment yes we have 3 super villas all in the same street which is the closest you can get to Benidorm & we can accommodate up to 50 guests using all 3 villas which are all so close to each other so Wedding parties are very popular as are golfing holidays as we also have 3/4 super golf courses within easy access to all villas 2 of which are championship courses a great way to spend your holiday lazing around our fabulous pools & a great round of golf I would like to thank you for looking after our villa indeed you would be most welcome back at any time Roy

That absolutely fabulous that you enjoyed your stay with us at Med Star villa yes we are really fortunate to have 3 villas in such a popular area perfect for anything in easy reach indeed you & your party were extremely nice people who looked after everything perfectly & would be very welcome back anytime thanks a million for booking your stay with us there are bars around us & one which does a really good Full English Breakfast Yippi lol plus 3 burger bars at the end of the street they all sell alcohol Enjoy!!

Hi Sharon thanks for that yes I didn't realise we had the problem with the tiles so when we heard about that we have put in place the repair immediately so as we speak now the problem should have been addressed but again coming back to that area we have now ordered artificial turf to be fitted before our 2024 season starts so it should all be very special for our 2024 bookings we always try to improve things as we go along but many thanks again for looking after things for me .I can't wait to get the grass down now Yippee!!

Sorry I responded to this review immediately but it is not here so I will reply again having got this review I immediately booked a flight to see what was happening when I arrived I was so pleased to see everything was lovely Indeed the guy who supposedly wrote the report never even got to stay at the villa has he had an accident on his motorcycle on his way to Spain having spent 2 days in Hospital he returned to the UK so he in effect never put his foot in the villa so how could he write such a report not only that how could he say the villa needs some TLC when it has been redecorated this year both inside & out.We are indeed limited on the amount of air con we are allowed to use by government not us but having said that there is more than enough for this villa

Ha thats fantastic to know you enjoyed your stay with usYes that was a tremendous storm which closed very many hotel pools for several days but we got ours up & running again in just a few hours thank you for letting me know straight away so we could act immediately well done to all the staff that worked so hard Yes we are very close to lots of different attractions all the theme parks are just across the road all of the best beaches within a short taxi ride & of course all of the amenities at the villa itself. Thanks for that yes the main thing with aircon as you say is to keep windows & doors shut & if going out try to draw the curtains to keep the sun out we can now operate aircon units from anywhere due to new technology so if you ever have a problem with temperature we can alter for you immediately either up or down . Yes, it is actually a very large kitchen as we have both sides of the breakfast bar & also the opposite side of the room worktop so if you are organised it should be amply big enough 4 mts x nearly 8 mts with 2 fridge-freezers, hob, oven, dishwasher, washer, plenty of cupboards, coffee m/c, large toaster, kettle, microwave etc etc . Yes you were lovely people & we would love to welcome you back at any time & thanks for leaving everything spotless

Thanks for a lovely review so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us .We have air con throughout it's just that we have air movement from one room to another throughout the villa sooo, if you share your aircon with your friends next door everyone will have a cool room if you turn off the extractor fans giving the air movement then your friends will not have it please remember sharing is caring .This system works if used correctly.In this villa we have 7 yes 7 aircon units which should be more than ample

Thanks for that the guys tell me you were absolutely fabulous & left the villa immaculately clean most people do but as i'm sure you can imagine this is not always the case. Yes we are ideally located thats why we bought 3 villas in the same street but also the facilities that we now have locally are excellent but so they tell me even more is planned for our area, bring it on .Marie you & people like you are alway welcome at our villas

Yes this was when we had the exceptional weather of 45 degrees we can monitor the temperature inside the property through the fire detection system & although yes it was hot most rooms were down to 24/25 degrees but from 45 that was still massive drop However we have now improved our electric supply(at great expense) so we can get even better results in this enormous villa,Thanks for your new booking see you later in the year

Yes thanks for comments about umbrellas it is very dangerous to have free standing ones with the wind on occasions especially with babies we have a huge undercover area 10 mts x 3mts at the side of the pool & ,we thought that should be big enough to escape the sun however we have now put a fixed straw umbrella around the pool too.So pleased you enjoyed your stay

Hi Kelly sorry you wanted tv in every bedroom this is a near impossibility & why would you want to watch tv when you have such an amazing villa with all of it's amazing private facilities 5 star hotels do not supply private pools, private pool tables, private table tennis tables,private Hot Tub, private washers private dish washer, private baby pools & 2 lounges with multi channel TV which can be in any language & the list goes on However i am so pleased you enjoyed your stay & would welcome you back anytime

We are a group of friends who stayed in the Med Star villa and are very happy with it. We have spent a very peaceful week, this magnificent Villa lacked nothing. Table tennis to have a good time as well as a nice pool table. 2 very pretty lounges with TV, the Villa is well cooled (air conditioning). Let’s not forget the outdoor area with its 2 barbecues, its magnificent swimming pool and the jacuzzi which will let you have a great and unforgettable time. I recommend this villa to you, we have found nothing wrong with it. Roy the owner is very much at school and very responsive in answering your questions. So pleased you enjoyed your stay with us yes the supermarket is about an 8/10 min walk going away from town or the one at the petrol filling station at the end of the street which is much larger than a normal one in the uk.Hire cars are very nice to have to see some local sites like Guadalest ,Al Elgar waterfalls ,Polop,but not really necessary for shopping trips taxis to just around the corner are only a few Euros & are at the villa in a few minutes of booking them
