Hi Paul yes the taxis in Benidorm only take 4 people which is a pain I know I'm sure if they were allowed they'd do mini buses like UK but I know the Spanish police are very strict to taxis keeping to the rules of 4 people so pbviously can't blame the taxi companies .However so pleased you enjoyed your stay & always look forward to seeing you back again soon Thankyou indeed to you & all of your family Roy

Thanks so much for that perfect review that is what I am aiming at for all of our villas regards the sun umbrellas yes we know but we need to get the right ones as normal ones blow in the wind & believe me at times the wind is very powerful & I'm so conscious of injuring anyone but lets see what we can come up with this closed season we have had those thatched ones before & even they have blown away yes a problem but I'm sure we can find something that's both safe & practical however we do have some great things in the pipe line for this coming year for all of our villas please keep watching our ads I know you'll be as excited as me Thanks again & please come back soon Roy

Ah that's really super that you enjoyed yourselves & of course all of the facilities pool hot tub pool table & the brand new table tennis table.Yes I was really pleased when you pointed out the importance of reporting anything straight away as with the pool going cloudy yes we had a staff come in & worked through the night so the pool was all good to go first thing in the following morning this involved our staff in the UK too who deal with all the technical side of the pools which are all computerised so exact amounts of chemicals are used to keep all of our pools perfect well done staff from both ends Yes Helen you & your family were excellent client & would be welcome back at any time Roy

Hi So pleased you enjoyed your stay Yes the villa is perfect if you have difficulty with mobility Not only does it have slopes rather than steps but of course there are 2 downstair bedrooms which have direct access & one has ensuite facilities .Yes we only realised after you had left there was a problem with the fridge /freezer which was replaced with a new one immediately If no one says anything we don't know.There is a huge area which a lot of our clients use has a sunshade which is 14 mts long by nearly 4 mrs wide huge this plus other permanent fixtures are great we have tried portable parasols in the past & find them very dangerous as the wind in this area gets up very quickly.Thanks for looking after everything for me & we would love to have you stay again in the future.

Hi so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us in Benidorm.Yes we realise we do need to do a little more maintenance than normal as i have been in hospital most of the year but both Steve & myself realise the outside of all of our villas needs doing so rest assured it will be done before next season also it was on our agenda for this year but Spain like us had horrendous weather for weeks in the spring.Bars there are lots locally within 10 mins walk plus we are one of the very few villas with a benidorm address I'd like to thankyou for looking after everything for me & for being nice to our very hard working staff who at the moment have been a saviour for me We would love to welcome you back in the future

Yes even in these crazy times of COVID-19 a villa holiday has that safety net that seems to be locked around our villas & gives you the security to let your hair down which you'd be sceptical to do in any other type of holiday & with our superb array of games pool table, table tennis, BBQ's, hot tubs, fabulous swimming pools with baby pools there's always something to do. Lovely so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us .We have a fab transfer company who would take all of you to town in one go & of course pick you up afterwards .Its 5 mins in a taxi to town & depending when & WHERE you get the taxi its normally between 6 (day)& 10 (night)Euros

Hi thanks for the comments you were right with what you said although i don't think it was a fair description of the lounge but however we had put new furniture everywhere else but not in the lounge we have now refurnished the lounge but also added a 2nd lounge both with new furniture, hope everyone looks after it ,& multi channel tv which we can change to any language this villa is now as perfect as you can get but that doesn't mean we will rest on our laurels we will continue to improve all of our villas all of the time

Thanks for the kind words.Just a matter of personal opinion as to the rating but we won't stop improving until everyone gives us 5 stars On the baby pool i cannot stress too much how dangerous they are to small children & would be devastated if anything were to happen so please parents be very careful with small children & babies especially when you first arrive at the villa when mums & Dads are busy unpacking & going shopping to leave toddlers to wander around by themselves & we all know how they like water. On a more pleasant note, our villas are there to be enjoyed that's why we go the extra mile with the games area so no one gets bored when staying at any of our villas be it pool, table tennis, pool table or hot tub & Mums don't forget you don't have to get your hands wet with the washing up just use the dishwashers sorry should have said Dads lol .Thanks again Carly we also have now taken on board your idea of providing travel cots, high chairs & stair gates for greater safety but please don't forget to book them We look forward to meeting you all Roy

Thankyou sooo much for those kind words you too were the perfect clients & we love to welcome people like you & your party.Again in the closed season we will be making even more improvements & also replacing some furniture.Yes interesting to note if you have a full taxi it's just as cheap as the buses as in the daytime they are 6/8 Euros depending where you are going ,to make your return journey to the villa cheaper work out the one way system in town so as not to get your taxi & then have to travel around town on the one way for 5 mins when you could have just crossed a road & turned a corner.Kieron we look forward to your next stay with us Best regards Roy

Hi So pleased you you enjoyed yourselves may i take this oportunity of saying a big thankyou for leaving the villa in an immaculate state a little disappointed at the 4 star rating as most see this property at 5 star although some good points mentioned parasols are a problem as the wind can get up very quickly in Spain & then are very dangerous but if you'd asked Steve we do keep them in our store room plus we have a huge 11 metre long sun shade that can't be blown over that said we normally have a permanent straw conopy sun cover but that got wrecked in the heavy winds of 2020 along with Covid i have'nt been allowed to Spain to replace everything but of course that will be put right as soon as i get out there Phew i can't wait Thanks for being lovely to the staff too .Look forward to seeing you again & we'll strive for thst 5 star rating

Dommage que vous n'ayez pas demandé plus de pots à Steve, etc. car nous avons un cellier plein d'entre eux, donc cela n'aurait pas été un problème en fait s'il y avait quelque chose dont vous aviez besoin pour votre séjour dans l'une de nos villas, demandez simplement et Steve a le pouvoir d'acheter tout pour vous .Safia vous étiez des clients modèles et avez tout laissé tel que vous l'avez trouvé et en tant que tel, vous seriez le bienvenu à tout moment Merci beaucoup Roy Great stay, Roy and Steve are listening to us and super nice, very welcome on site, the house is large it can accommodate several families it is divided into three areas. The exterior is large and the residence is in a quiet location not far from Aldi and the supermarkets. 7 min by car from the city centre so top! The house is large there were 10 of us and there were still several unused rooms. The house is simply decorated with all the information you need on-site for your stay in Benidorm. The only downside, not a lot of dishes, otherwise they were able to meet all our requests for materials for our babies. Benidorm​ I will come back for sure !!! Date of arrival - 17 August 2020

Clean, beautiful and functional house. Lots of things on the side. The beach is close by if you want to switch to the pool once in a while. We spent a week at the top. We had a great time. Thank you.
