  • Fantastic apartment in a complex with swimming pools and garden. Located on the 14th floor, it offers stunning views and a privileged location, just a 10-minute walk from Levante Beach and the city centre.



    The apartment is located in the Gemelos 20 building. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, gallery and glazed terrace.



    The bedrooms are equipped with double beds of 135cm and built-in wardrobes. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bathroom has a shower. Both also have a bidet.



    The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
