Discover this magnificent apartment located in a privileged location, in Rincón de Loix, just a few steps from Cala Almadraba.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the Vista Bahía building. It has one bedroom, a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, balcony and bathroom.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and standing fan.

The bathroom is functional with a shower.

The kitchen is integrated into the living room and is equipped with all the necessary appliances: Fridge, microwave, oven, 4-burner hob, coffee maker and washing machine.

The dining room also has air conditioning, TV, wifi and access to a small balcony with views of the pool, the sea and the city of Benidorm.

The community facilities offer a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and some parking spaces available at the building entrance.
The apartment is located on Sierra Dorada street, very close to Levante Beach and Cala Almadraba. A few steps from Mediterranean Avenue, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and leisure options.
