Benijófar Villa with Pool

Enjoy a relaxing coastal escape at this spacious 2-bedroom villa in Benijófar, perfect for families or small groups of up to 4 guests. Located just 700 meters from the town center and 1 km from the nearest supermarket, this charming retreat offers both convenience and tranquility near the Spanish coast.

The villa features a private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days, and a furnished garden where you can unwind with a book or soak up the sun. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, while the private terrace with a barbecue sets the scene for laid-back evenings under the stars. A carport is also available for added ease.

Benijófar, one of the region’s smallest and most welcoming municipalities, borders the town of Rojales and offers a peaceful base for exploring Costa Blanca. Alicante Airport is just 36 km away, making arrivals and departures a breeze.

A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
