    You enter the villa through a large tiled garden, with a private parking space for your car, a wonderful private swimming pool with sun loungers and outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, shaded outdoor dining area, various seating areas and plenty of space to enjoy the mediterranean climate.



    Inside on the main level you will find the living room, a large and bright kitchen with dining room, utility room with washing machine and a renovated bathroom with shower.



    Upstairs you have three bedrooms and and a beautifully renovated bathroom with shower, you also have a balcony off one of the bedrooms with lovely views of the surrounding area.



    The villa is in an excellent location within walking distance to all the amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops… The golf course ‘La Marquesa Golf’ is 5 minutes drive away and the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura are 12 minutes drive away!
