  • Direct rental to owner. Beautiful and cozy villa on the coast, at 1 minute walking from the beach in the residential area of La Fustera, between Calpe (2km) and Moraira (4km), with private pool, terrace and solarium. Living room with air conditioning, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, double room with air conditioning and bathroom en suite, 2 double rooms with air conditioning and a complete bathroom, covered terrace with access to a solarium on the upper terrace. Parking inside the plot with capacity for several vehicles and garden area with barbecue.
    The comfort and closeness of the beach, supermarkets, places to go out, sports activities, entertainment areas and places to go shopping make this villa an ideal accommodation to spend your holidays.
    In the summer seasons (from the end of until the end of August) the arrivals and departures will be on Saturday.
