Villa La Mar (Benissa) is a wonderfull villa with sea views and a unique and special location, just a 3-minute walk from La Fustera sandy beach, several fantastic restaurants and a supermarket. You will enjoy its tasteful Mediterranean décor and sea views from the terrace, living room, dining room, one of the bedrooms and the pool and barbecue area. It is perfect for groups as it also has a small natural grass football pitch, a table tennis table and table football. Your pet is welcome (additional cost €55).

LAYOUT:
The villa has 2 floors connected internally with a total of 360 m².

On the upper floor, completely renovated and redecorated in 2021 , there is a large 60 m² living-dining room with large windows overlooking the sea and access to a large, special terrace with beautiful views.
The living room connects to a spacious kitchen equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for a perfect stay.
On this same floor there are 3 large bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and charming décor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and beautiful sea views. The other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower.
This floor has gas central heating and air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and in the living room with television.

The ground floor, which was completely renovated in 2024, has another 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with two bunk beds for the younger ones, each with its own full en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. One of the double bedrooms has sea views. This floor also has large wardrobes in each bedroom and a desk for working if necessary.
You will also enjoy another excellent lounge with a large sofa and a spacious, modern kitchen with direct access to the wonderful barbecue area and swimming pool.

The exterior of the property, with an area of 1,050 m², has a convenient parking area with space for 4 cars, a large garden with natural grass and football goals, a large swimming pool (9*5 metres) with 5 sun loungers, a beautiful pergola and barbecue area with dining table and sofas.

LOCATION:

Thanks to its excellent location, a car is not necessary if you do not wish to go on excursions in the area. La Fustera beach is only 220 metres away, with private and exclusive pedestrian access. In addition, from La Fustera beach, we recommend the ecological trail with its beautiful sea views, which allows you to reach the coves of Pinets and Bassetes in a pleasant walk of about 400 metres.

Several restaurants, beach clubs and a good supermarket. All less than 250 metres from the villa.

150 metres away there is an ecological trail ideal for pleasant walks by the sea.

Bus stop 200 metres away to go to the charming village of Moraira, the wide beaches and services of Calpe or to connect at the station with the airports of Alicante and Valencia.

For diving and sailing enthusiasts, the Bassetes yacht club is only an 8-minute walk away, ideal for all kinds of water sports for groups.

Excellent villa – highly recommended!

This might be one of the best villas in terms of value for money. The interior design is tasteful and understated, with stylish decorative touches on the walls. It’s an ideal place for a larger family holiday. The location is fantastic – both the beach and the nearest shop are just a few minutes’ walk away. We stayed here for one week at the end of September with our whole family, including children and grandchildren, and everyone was delighted. The house is bright, clean, and spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The highlight was the outstanding outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with a gas grill and a large dining table with room for everyone to gather comfortably. Communication with the villa managers was easy and pleasant – they responded quickly to our questions via WhatsApp. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to other families.
