- Located in Benissa at 3km from Calpe and 1km from La Fustera beach. In the area are all amenities (supermarket at 800 m, cozy bars and restaurants, beautiful walks by the sea and in the mountains, cycling, tennis & padel in close surroundings etc) With an area of 90 m2, consisting of 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with spacious shower, living and dining room with nicely furnished kitchen, and both a covered and non-covered terrace of 18 m2, where one can enjoy a beautiful view and lots of sun (facing south). This beautiful apartment is part of a luxury residence and has exceptional accommodation such as a large communal swimming pool with bar in July and August and a heated indoor swimming pool and fitness room with massage and sauna.
