Beautiful, cosy, rustic house "Lisa", 2 storeys. In the district of Baladrar, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea. Private: garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular, with privacy, fenced (5 x 10 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 4.5 km, sandy beach "L'Ampolla" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Möbel zu alt. Betten kaputt. Insgesamt war’s Ok, aber die Betten könnte man mal erneuern. Und an der Treppe am Pool haben wir uns die Füße verletzt. Aber sonst ist es echt schön und wir fanden es echt super👍👍

Casa Lisa

Wij brengen onze zomer vakantie al sinds 2014 door in dit huis. Wij zijn in het algemeen heel tevreden, maar wij verblijven er met slechts 2 personen. Voor 6 personen lijkt het voor ons toch wat te klein, maar het is wel mogelijk. En voor mensen die veel luxe, ruimte en comfort eisen is dit huis ook minder geschikt. Maar voor wie rust en eenvoud wil is dit huis dan weer ideaal. Anderzijds zou een algemene opfrisbeurt de woning wel ten goede komen.

Sehr schöner großer Pool. Nicht einsehbar. Inneneinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen nicht benutzbar, da sie im Außenbereich des Hauses gelagert werden. Für 6 Personen nur 3 Liegen. Ungepflegter Garten(zu sehr "naturbelassen". Eines der schlechtesten Häuser seit 28 Jahren an der Costa Blanca.

Creo que los baños son mejorables. El de arriba es muy pequeño y en el de abajo la ducha se sale. Cambiaría el mobiliario del salón. no es cómodo. Todo lo demás muy bien y la piscina estupenda.

Super calme et propre

Je recommande cette villa pour les familles et les personnes qui cherche le calme. Avec le COVID-19, nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer le personnel de Interhome ou propriétaire. Piscine magnifique, sans vis-à-vis, ni voisinage, ni dérangement, avec une douchette à l’extérieur, lumineuse la nuit avec barbecue. Coté mobilier intérieur mis à part le manque de lave-vaisselle et le salon un peu vétuste ou démodé, le reste ça va. La cuisine est bien équipée. Salle de bain petite, si vous ê

Het was dit jaar de 6de keer dat wij deze vakantiewoning hebben gehuurd. Het is er aangenaam verblijven, en de service van XXX van Interhome verdiend een speciale vermelding. Zij staat altijd klaar voor elk probleem. Bedankt Romy.

Disfrutando de las vaciones

La casa es ideal para el descanso y muy completa en cuanto a mobiliario y elementos de cocina. La piscina y el jardin con sus cenadores, fantásticos. Un sitio ideal para disfrutar de las vacaciones, rodeado de pinares. Las vistas al mar y al valle, fantásticas. Solo un pero, las medidas del baño del dormitorio del piso superior, bastante justas. El trato con el personal de Interhome muy agradable y profesional.
