- This spectacular villa is just 700 m from the beautiful bay of La Fustera, in a peaceful location at the end of a no through road. After parking your car on the property, you enter a modern, high-end holiday home.
The spacious, light-filled living room offers direct access to the terraces. The open-plan kitchen blends seamlessly with the living area and is fully equipped with quality appliances and a large American-style fridge.
The expansive terrace features a dining table, a comfortable lounge seating area, and four sun loungers. Surrounded by palm, olive, lemon, and papaya trees, the terrace creates a peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere. The spectacular 12 x 3 m pool is sunny and sheltered, with easy-entry steps, a shallow sunbathing area in the water, and an outdoor shower for a quick refresh.
Upstairs, an open, airy loft awaits you with its own kitchenette, balcony, and direct access to the garden and pool. From here, you can enjoy views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in three lovingly designed bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and a shared bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with a cozy queen-size bed and private en-suite bathroom.
- 1 additional guest bathroom for extra comfort.
